Greek Housing, Southeast Missouri State University
Southeast Missouri State University’s Greek Village consists of 4 separate 7,500 sf structures built in 2 phases. Houses A1 and A2 were constructed along with supporting infrastructure (water, sewer and parking). Tenants were allowed to move from existing fraternity houses which were on the same site. Once vacated the existing old houses were demolished and 2 additional fraternity houses, B1 and B2, were completed. Each phase took approximately 1 year to complete, at a total cost of $7.7M.
